On Tuesday, November 18, the Chesterfield Planning Commission will discuss Proposal 24SN1334 (Winterpock Meadows Rezoning) which is a new “Over 55” Community, called Brecia Meadows, located between Willow Creek (Lost Parrish Drive) and Winterpock Rd.
This proposal is scheduled for the 6:00 PM time-period in the Public Meeting room of the Chesterfield County Complex at 10001 Iron Bridge Road. Cresent Group, the developer, has agreed to increase the buffer area between the Willow Creek lots and the Brecia Meadows lots from 20 feet to 25 feet.
